Meridee has over 20 years of experience in the financial investments and financial services industries, as a management consultant, independent investment adviser, and manager of operations and finance.
Mostly recently as Chief Financial Officer for Arque Certificate Management, an investment manager to an alternative asset fund, she was responsible for treasury, accounting, fund administration, and audit.
Prior to this she co-founded and operated an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction for an independent broker-dealer. As an investment adviser, she worked with retail investors seeking preservation of real estate wealth using tax-advantaged strategies and investment products.
Earlier in her career, Meridee was a management consultant with Ernst & Young, serving banking clients in the firm’s financial services practice.
Meridee holds a BS from Principia College and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA with concentrations in finance, accounting, and entrepreneurial studies. Meridee is a CPA (California, inactive).
